RETURN GOODS POLICY
The return goods policies of Great Western Animal Health Supply (GWAHS) are governed by the return good policies of the respective manufacturers or suppliers, and are subject to change by the manufacturer. In addition, the following general policies apply:
- First notify your Telemarketing or Sales Representative before returning any product. (Certain manufacturer products are Non-Returnable.)
- Maximum of 85% credit will be given unless one of the conditions below applies. Credit can be given if product is received in saleable condition. (i.e. no price markings or disfigured packaging.)
- Full credit will be allowed for short or outdated item if received by the customer with less than 60 days dating (Unless the items were sold on Close Out or Short Dated Special).
- Items sold on Close Out or on a Short Dated Special are Non-Returnable.
- Maximum credit on Special Ordered Items will be 80% and all returns of Special Order Merchandise will be subject to manufacturer approval.
- Items Discontinued by the Manufacturer or GWAHS for more than 4 months are Non-Returnable.
- Products Outlawed by the FDA or other government agency are Non-Returnable after the expiration of any legal grace period.
- Outdated Product must be returned to GWAHS within 30 days of expiration.
Credit is given based on manufacturer’s return policy.
9. In those cases where the acceptability of an item returned for credit is in doubt, the credit may be withheld pending the decision of the manufacturer.
- All Control Substances are Non-Returnable unless it was a shipping or sales error.
- Shipping Claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hrs of receipt.
- Returned Goods should be sent Freight Prepaid or given to our sales representative.
- All merchandise returned to GWAHS becomes the property of Great Western, and we reserve the right to allow no credit when we deem the merchandise unfit for credit, whether is returned with or without approval.
